Hello Support, I just paid for real time/ historical data along w/ my 5 package. However, the data has stalled and is not coming in, please advise.

The problem is your version of Sierra Chart is out of date. We have been putting out an update notice now for about 2 to 3 weeks now. Please update with Help >>Download Prerelease.
