Eurex data gaps

I'm using the AMP data feed, and have had some problems with Eurex data in the past that was often resolved by simply resetting the connection. In the last few days, though, I can't get any data from between the market close on 12/27 and the present, even on charts that have been open with the program running. Is there a fix?

Scroll the chart back to before the missing data, right click on the chart and select Delete and Download Data. It will delete all data after the point you click on the chart and re-download it. The data should show after that, if it doesn't then notify support again.

Having done that, now it doesn't show anything before 12/20. The problem also persists when opening a new chart/chartbook, and is across multiple Eurex products.
