I have email alerts set in SC and has been working fine. Now it is not. It is an address that goes to my phone texting. I can use it from my regular email and other sources so it appears to be an SC issue for me. Is there a way for me to test the feature on SC in order to isolate the problem. This has been ongoing for several days. I have done restarts, upgrade to latest, etc. Thanks

In reading other posts it appears you may have deleted my phone's email address for this feature. If I set SC to send to my regular email address it does come through. Can you reactivate the address that I was using, which is my phone number @vtext.com? Thanks

Are there any messages in Window >> Show/Hide Alerts Manager indicating that the email could not be sent to your @vtext.com address. If not, then the mail is being blocked by @vtext.com.
