EMD / Globex Realtime data not working

Sierra Realtime data for EMD / Globex does not work. Manual backfill for EMD works fine. Other Globex realtime data are OK.

Since yesterday (Jan 2) constantly experiencing the same failure for the EMD and NQ data streaming. When I Delete All Data And Download, missing data is filled. The same applies for the RTH session too. The issue occurs in the live regime (Interactive Brokers). Date Time Of Last Edit: 2014-01-03 15:16:51

This was a problem on our server side affecting one of the servers that you are connected to. It has been resolved. We will be looking into the cause. You should be receiving the data now.
