No. It is 35USD for the data feed +31.50 for the EUREX.

The CME is included in the 35 USD per month base data feed. It cannot be removed.

EUREX data goes back to March 2010.

Tick by tick data only goes back on the EUREX to about March 2013.

Bid volume and Ask Volume only is going to go back about 30 days at this time. It is only recently being maintained.

When you compare the new Sierra Chart Real-time data feed vs the data feed that comes with InfinityAT, is there any difference with the times and sales?

Is this question for Sierra Chart support?

There would likely be a difference because this is a paid data feed which uses direct exchange connectivity and it provides complete tick by tick data. There is also accurate identification of whether trade occurred at the bid or ask, at least in the case of the CME.

Hi

reading post #56 does it mean that since 30 days back the Eurex data will have bid/ask volume data maintained? so if i can't trade for 3 months and i'll subscribe after 3 months i can download tick data with bid/ask volume ?

this applied for CME and ICE too?

We can load in up to 1 year year of Bid Volume and Ask Volume for EUREX. We will do that over the weekend. This way there will be plenty without question.

For CME, there is at least 3 years of Bid Volume and Ask Volume. For ICE, it is about 2 months at this time but we can always add more.

For an operation like like loading in of one year of historical data for an entire exchange, we would only do that on the weekend.

What we mean is that there will be a lot of historical bid volume and ask volume, 1 Year.

You can test latency to this address:

We have checked now and what we realize is that the EUREX symbols with the Sierra Chart Real-time and Historical Futures data feed, already have 1 year of Bid Volume and Ask Volume already present. So this is already available now.

Hi,

I would like to know witch port must be open on my internet connection to receive your data feeds because I'am behind a firewall at work place and I can't open all port.
Thank you

By default this is 443. The port can be changed to 10048 through: Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> SC Server Settings >> Port for SC Real-Time Server.

For historical Daily data, you need to have port 80 open.

For historical Intraday data, you need to have port 10049 open. More information about that can be found here:

We hope, but cannot promise, that there will be a separate EUREX exchange fee for level 1 data only, next month.

does this mean I should NOW cancel eurex, so I can add the new eurex level1 only next month? will it be beginning of next month or later?

Sierra Chart Engineering - Posts: 104368
You can go ahead and cancel the EUREX exchange now and it will remain active until the end of the month and then if the new exchange fee is ready by next month, you can then enable that.
