[Programming Help] - Buy signal not accurately showing on the chart

The spreadsheet formula calls for a buy signal when the Open is ABOVE the Moving average (=B3>AA3). But, as shown in the chart, the signal is triggered even when the Open is EQUAL to the MA (=B3>=AA3). Is this due to a faulty configuration?

Go to the MA study's settings and set the Value Format to 0.001 or smaller and you will see it is not exactly 3323.25.
