Non-SIM Order Fills not showing up on charts

I've gone through all of the steps that you have listed and the fills are not showing up for my live (non SIM) trades. I have the trade SIM mode off. I have the correct symbol. All of the fills are showing up on the Trade Activity Log. I saw something about an issue with CQG but if the fills are in the trade activity log they should easily show up on the charts yes? Am I missing something? Please advise. Thanks.

You need to go through the detailed instructions here:

You need to look closely at both the Symbol and the Trade Account and everything else mentioned.
