Anyone know why Sierra's FXCM feed is missing ticks while the FXCM feed for Trading Station is nice and filled in?

Bumping thread... please see attached image in original post. Also, what's the minimum SC package I need to trade FXCM? Is there a way to use it free since I'm paying a 1 pip spread markup?

You need Sierra Chart package 1. We really cannot comment on the first post because the data feed we use originates from FXCM and they have different servers. If indeed there is less ticks, we would not know why. Although from what we can observe, the data feed we receive and deliver has a high update frequency to it. And really the most accurate determination is to simply add the Volume study to the chart. The volume for each bar indicates the number of price updates received for that particular bar. We would be surprised to see it less than Trading Station. If anything we would think it would be higher.
