Missing Data

Thank you I appear to be getting real time data now.

I am however missing chart data between the open on Sunday evening (1/19) and about 7:00am EST (1/20) (impacting VWAP, TPO, CD etc studies that I use).

I have gone through my data settings and the instruction is the "Sierra Chart Software Instructions (Denali Exchange Data Feed Setup Instructions" link you sent and all appears to be fine but that batch of data between Sunday open to 7:00am EST is not showing on the charts. Please could you advise what to do.
