UGAZ is on the NYSE:ARCA but I can't get a chart to show data, what am I doing wrong?

Update Sierra Chart to the current version by following these instructions here: Software Download: Fast Update After the update: Re-download all the data in the chart by going to the chart and selecting "Edit >> Delete All Data and Download". You just need to do this once per symbol and not for each chart. You should also be using the Advanced service package to be able to use the Sierra Chart Historical Data Service: To change your Sierra Chart Service Package, select "Help >> Account Control Panel" on the Sierra Chart program menu. On the displayed webpage, click on the "Set Service Package for Renewal" link.
