On todays fills I'm missing the order type (Market, Limit,...). Is this something I misconfigured?
Yesterday everything was fine and I didn't make any update to a new version

Screenshot attached.

How did you enter those orders? Through Sierra Chart?

Yes. Right in the DOM. It was either LMT or MIT. I found this issue while wanting to clarify that.

The trade was made on another machine and I'm seeing no order type on the current machine. Need to doublecheck in the office tomorrow but I thougth this gets syned with all order details.

Found the issue. Trades taken on other machine lack some details.

Tell us the Service Order ID of the order this occurred with and the Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Primary Server the instance of Sierra Chart is set to connect to. We will then send the FIX message to TT and ask them why the order type is missing.

We hope they get this resolved. We think we have seen this behavior before and have told TT about it. It may be an outstanding issue.

OrderID 350222 and 350223
Server 2 Aurora

Again, this could be an issue with two machines. I executed the trades from another PC than the one I checked the order type.

If these should be in sync - there is really an issue. Otherwise no need to bother...

What are the Backup servers set to in that installation of Sierra Chart where the order type was missing?

We are unable to reproduce the issue and we checked all servers you are potentially using and the Order Type field is contained in the FIX messages.

Let us know if you see the problem again and we can look at the Trade Activity Log to get maybe more of a clue about why this happened.

I just doublechecked on the machine I executed this trade. There the order type is shown!
The trades I executed at home yesterday evening are without order details so they are not included in the sync.

It's all good. You can close this issue.

Thanks

Actually it is clear to us now why you do not see the Order Type because those are inserted fills received upon connection.
