Missing Data Rollover

Hi,

I have just performed the rollover (CLG0 to CLH0), but all the data from the open (5pm chicago time 15Jan to 8am Chicago time 16Jan) is missing. I deleted and reloaded but not resolving the issue. Please let me know what to do

To Add more info to the problem
If I use Delete and download data, then all the data is deleted and start at the moment of the request. This is only happening with symbol CLH0. All the data is complete to yesterday┬┤s close ( CLG0). Every time I execute the process of delete and download data the previous data that was downloaded in the previous process is also missing. The data starts from the time the process was executed.
