Hello.

I am the gentleman in need of remote telephone support for Sierra Charts.

I have completed all that you requested above.

I updated the software.
I added money to my account.

I have put my phone number in my account.

I don't know if this is the place to make an appointment, so I will make a try, and ask someone to call after 11 am Friday, tomorrow.
