Hi, Further to my issue of not showing the wicks on my Renko bars anymore.Naturally, I did check the "Graph Draw Type" to see that "with wicks" is highlighted...it is. It turns out that my broker,Infinity Futures,informs me that Renko chart and Renko chart enhanced, are no longer supported by them. They suggest I contact you! Can you give me a solution please ? can you give me a straight forward answer please. Of course I've gone thru the functionality etc and 'graph draw type". It's been 3 days now with no trading because the look that I'm used to with Renko has changed. It's gone from showing the wicks formerly, to now not showing wicks even though it's set to " Renko with wicks" in the "Graph Draw Type" drop down. Wicks are important to the way that I trade. I'm not seeing a clear solution to my specific problem. Would you just tell me how to get the wicks back specifically please? I'd rather not go to Ninja charts and drop SC ( I happen to love SC up until this problem!) Thank you. |

Just a thought ... I was dealing with a similar thing with the customer recently and it turned out that he changed the color of the candles in the settings and didn't see the wicks on the same background ... Do you see wicks on other types of graphs? |

I see wicks on all other types of graphs. This problem is specific to my Renko chart. It only shows solid bricks. The information that the wicks give me is key to my trading style. Thank you. |

Hi, I am also using transact and I use Renko bars. I have wicks on mine SC v2035. I use the following settings Bar period type: Alingned Renko bar (in Ticks) Graph Draw type: OHLC bars but It works also with Renko bricks with wicks I hope it can help you |

I appreciate the suggestion, however it did not resolve this problem. I even did a new download. The new download isn't SCv2035 though,like yours....mines says v2028. This issue has wrecked my week's trading....it seems that there's no solution then? Thanks |

Called and talked to the customer. They are using a standard 1 tick Renko, which will not have any wicks. We cannot explain what may have changed as to why he was getting wicks previously. But we did go through the options that control when a new bar is formed and some of those options would give a wick.
