I am connected (all green) and the clock on my charts continues to give current time -- but no data downloads after the first minute or so.

I installed the most recent version but still have this problem.

I stopped using Sierra in early December because of the holidays. I didn't have this problem then.

Can you tell us who your broker is so we can contact them so we can move you off of the Gain Capital system. This is going to be the only proper solution.

My broker is Stage 5 Trading. I have been dealing with Max Timmons or Chris, although I haven't been in touch with either for about six months.
