[Programming Help] - One Entry (Buy or Sell) per Bar Not Working

In the Spreadsheet Trading setting, I've disabled "Allow Multiple Entries in the Same Direction" and enabled "Signal Only Once per Bar", so only one order per bar in the opposite direction of the previous order should be executed. Hence, if the prior entry was a buy, then the next entry should be a sell order.

Now suppose I am using a same formula for both buy (K3) and sell (M3) orders. When a condition is triggered, both buy and sell orders should be activated at the same time. However, if the previous order was a buy, then only the sell order should get executed. But that doesn't seem to be the case. In the attached pic, you can see at 16:35 and 16:40 both orders were executed (buy@3267.75 and sell@3267.50).

Is there a fix for this?

Edit: I've had "Signal Only on Bar Close" to no and that seems to be the problem. However, since I had "Signal Only Once per Bar" that shouldn't be a problem, is it? I shouldn't get both Buy and Sell on the same bar.
