When I open a new symbol I see the actual, correct volume data ( according another chart service too),
but 5 seconds later I got wrong live volume data which is far less than the correct one.
If I would clilck "delete and download data" I could see again the correct data during refresh,
but after I would get again the wrong volume data. The issue is the same with all nasdaq, nyse stocks.
I attached 2 samples, the false volume data which I get as "live" data.
As I see the correct data only during refresh I am unable to attach here, by SC, because I made the screenshot
manually.
The issue is the same with latest and earlier SC version.

This are the wrong closing volumes of today:

Not sure what we can do about this because this is affecting a Historical Daily Chart at the last bar. It is not something we could solve.

It sounds very strange to me!
As I would like to use real time volume data, and studies based on live volume data I would get false,
incorret data. So trade according that would sound very unprofessional.
I understand your last historical bar theory, but when the last price is streaming, live one, how couldn't I get
the live data too?? Another chart softwares could manage this problem... Don't get me wrong, I really like
your service, and software, but that issue sounds very "childish" problem...
As with SC, and IB data the problem couldn't be solved, what about with other data providers?
Iq feed, etc...where the third party would provide historical data too? Would be the same issue, as your software
would handle volume data in the same way?
I really don't think the I am the first one with that problem here.
Any idea how could I see the actual live volume daily data at least in a separate chart without historal volume data? ( but of course it is not solve the the main issue: how could you use studies based on volume, without real, correct data???)

The underlying core issue is that the Open Feed data feed that we get from Barchart does not provide a Daily volume field and we have to calculate it. We really are in disbelief over this limitation from Barchart as well.

Anyway, we do apologize for the delay with our response and we have contemplated a solution and will deploy it over the weekend so it should be fine on Monday we hope.
