IQfeed market depth not showing up in Sierra

Hi, I have iqfeed data service with L2 subscription but I can't see anything besides inside bid&ask. I trade NQ and the symbol I'm using is @NQ#C. It's not my service because I can see 10 levels in the book on Ninja. I've called iq tech support just in case and the rep couldn't see L2 either in Sierra on his side. Safe to say this must be a bug in the software, or we were both missing something. Best regards, Marcin |

This will be resolved in the next release. IQ Feed has slightly changed their communications format which caused the problem.

Hi, I've downloaded the newest version 965 and it appeared that this issue was fixed as I started to see the depth updates. After a few minutes it stopped again and I was back to only inside bid&ask. I didn't change any settings so this was pretty much spontaneous. Regards, Marcin |

Reconnect to the data feed by selecting File >> Disconnect. And then File >>Connect to Data Feed.
