Create My Own Chart Types From Numbers Bars

Can I take the Numbers Bars information and create my own chart bars. Like for instance, every time the Delta (AskV-BidV) is positive for three consecutive times, it creates a new bullish chart bar. IS THIS POSSIBLE? Big thanks.....
