Can't obtain OEC Euro/USD Data

The OEC symbol EUR/USD will not load. Maybe something to do with file names can't contail slash symbol, thus no file can be created. Any suggestions Regards |

Did you open the chart through File >> Find Symbol?

Yes, I tried manual symbol and the file/find symbol. Neither will load OEC FX symbols. OEC does not provide FX data through my Production platform account. But FX does provide FX symbols thru my Demo account. But the demo account does not seem to work in Sierra as a data source. Help appreciated |
