Overlay not correctly referencing proper study/overlay when I copy to a new pair

Has anyone else experienced this? I will spend hundreds of hours building a main "core" chart. This chart includes many overlays on many different time frames for one signal/alert. This includes about 10-15 different alerts with 2 or 3 overlays per alert that can be referencing 3 or more different time frames. Sounds complex...it is not. The issue is, when I copy this over to another pair and change the name, the overlays get completely jacked up. I then have to go in manually to each overlay and select the correct drop down. This causes roughly 4-6 hours of manually correcting where the reference should be instead. Any ideas? Prethanks
