I'm using SCH Real-time data feed from today with trade service Interactive Brokers. When I selected symbol in IB format eg. ES-201403-GLOBEX, displayed '' Contract expired - Click to perform rollover'' and data are not streaming. I have to fill the symbol in format ESH4-CME that I used with Zen-Fire data feed. How am I now use symbols? Thank you. Martin

This makes no sense. We do not see this. And we did not change anything that would cause this. We have to think about this.

I'm using SCH Real-time data feed from today with trade service Interactive Brokers. When I selected symbol in IB format eg. ES-201403-GLOBEX, displayed '' Contract expired - Click to perform rollover'' and data are not streaming. I have to fill the symbol in format ESH4-CME that I used with Zen-Fire data feed. How am I now use symbols?
You need to use the Interactive Brokers symbols. Open a chart using an Interactive Brokers symbol and then post a copy of the Message Log, by following these steps:

The problem with getting the Symbol Expired message is now resolved.

Update Sierra Chart by selecting Help >> Download Prerelease.

SCH Real-time Data Feed (today is first day) + IB trade service
Sorry, but Prerelease doesn´t resolve this problem. Expired message does not indicate, but symbol ES-201403-GLOBEX does not stream data and market depth. Symbol ESH4-CME that I used with Zen-Fire is o.k. Reload all charts - last candle is 19:00, without further data feeding.
Chart with candles: Chart Settings/Main Settings/Symbol: ESH4-CME/Trade and Current Quote Symbol: ES-201403-GLOBEX - streaming data, but last price on the right scale does not change and is still at 1834 from 19:00. Interesting?
Chart with Numbers Bars: Chart Settings/Main Settings/Symbol: ESH4-CME/Trade and Current Quote Symbol: ES-201403-GLOBEX - streaming data, but chart DOM does not work, market depth is empty, last price stay at 1834

This appears to be the result of a symbol conflict because you are using different symbol formats at the same time for the same futures contract. We will work on preventing this.

For now, make sure all of your charts and Trade DOMs use this symbol ES-201403-GLOBEX and not ESH4-CME. After this reconnect to the data feed with File >> Disconnect and File >> Connect to Data Feed

Actually, we see what the problem is now that you provided further details. This is wrong:

ESH4-CME/Trade and Current Quote Symbol: ES-201403-GLOBEX

The main symbol of the chart must be ES-201403-GLOBEX. The Trade and Current Quote symbol box must be blank.

SCH Support, Yes, you're right. I copied all chart books from Zen-fire SCH installation into IB SCH installation and in one opened chart book remained ESH4-CME symbol. Thank you very much for your help. I wish you all the best in the new year. Martin
