I've noticed that the highs and lows reported by Greenchart don't correlate with what's reported in MT4 Would appreciate some understanding please! I've attached screenshots of the two programs' lows from just a few minutes ago along with the GC settings for the chart. I've never noticed this before and it seems recent. Greenchart reported the low as 1.31530 while MT4 said it was 1.31475. Any help would be appreciated.

We are not sure how you come to this conclusion but the low for the trading day 2019-12-16 is 1.31151

You can see this by looking at a Historical daily chart for USDCAD. There clearly is no problem.

I explained how I came to that conclusion. No need to act like you're some kind of genius and I'm a dolt. You might recall that plebes like me pay your salary and act like you actually like paying customers.

Here's a screenshot of my MT4 installation. Clearly the data window shows that the low that I reported. Oh, and the link you sent is just as obtuse as most of GC's "instructions" and systems. Great program, but geez.

We still do not understand how you came to that conclusion and we will not look at another program. That is not within the scope of our support.

And all of your comments are completely meaningless to us, and we advise not to say those things here. And also you are not a direct paying customer of Sierra Chart. You are paying an affiliate Green Chart. What you paid to them does not come to us.

We had a look at your original screenshot again, if you are referring to the low of a particular chart bar, then tell us the time and time zone of that bar and the timeframe of that chart bar.
