New Continuous Futures Feature - 3 issues

I have three problems after updating to current version and using the new Continuous Futures Feature.

1.) I do NOT have continuous data. I am unable to load more than the current contract. I have tried all four options in the new feature. I have deleted and reloaded all data. I am not getting continuous data, just the current contract. This was not an issue before. I have my chart and data service settings set at 180 days.

2.) Biggest problem: My ES charts/DOM have some kind of price multiplier issue. My prices are now showing as 18.37, for example. As you can see, my volume profiles are not working correctly because of this. See screenshot: http://screencast.com/t/bKZA7qnEf

3.) My ES historical daily chart is now blank, no data. Related to #1, my CL historical daily chart is not continuous.

Please advice. I have to be able to trade tomorrow.

Okay, an update after restarting SC and playing around a little more.

Update to #1: It now seems that I able to get continuous data, as long as I choose a date based rollover, and not volume.

Update to #3: I am able to get CL historical daily continuous, as long as I choose date based, not volume based. My ES daily historical, is still blank regardless of cont settings.

A new issue: Now that I am getting continuous data, I still have the Mulitplier problem, but also a huge gap in data in ES data on 9/12/13. Screeshot: http://screencast.com/t/iTXVAPSvet

Update the Symbol Settings as explained here:
http://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?l=doc/doc_GlobalSymbolSettings.php#UpdateSettings

After this if you notice any problem with the data in a chart, re-download it with Edit >> Delete All Data and Download. You will clearly need to that with the ES chart.

These issues only affected CTS T4. We have got all of the settings good now. We have also cleaned up the list of CTS T4 symbol settings and removed a lot of the unnecessary markets that no one even follows. This makes our job easier because we do not have to contend with so many settings.

We are still working on the continuous futures contract issues, and that will not be resolved until a few hours from now.

The issue we solved has to do with the multipliers.

Is there any update? I still have a blank historical daily ES chart.

Make sure you update the symbol settings as explained here:
http://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?l=doc/doc_GlobalSymbolSettings.php#UpdateChartSettingsSteps

Open a new chart for whatever charts you have a problem with.

We recommend using Date-based rollover for Continuous Futures Contracts and if you are missing data, re-download all of the contract months as explained at step 4 here:
http://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?l=doc/helpdetails7.html#RefreshWithData

Whatever problems remain, please post an image of the chart by following these steps:

Please use our own method to provide images.
