Have SC Data Feed, unable to add exchanges

I am unable to activate the CME suite and ICE US exchanges. have the SC data feed, get error that it cannot add exchange w/o connection automatically renewed. Please advise

The issue was related to the 2nd Real-Time connection that you have activated and disabled. We have cleared that up for your account. Please try activating the needed exchanges again. Sierra Chart Support
