Is there an efficient way to get data from a spreadsheet into Microsoft Excel?

Using a chartbook with 30 charts (different markets) and a spreadsheet with 30 sheets. I would like to get the data from each sheet into a MS Excel file.

I can save each sheet as txt-file and open it in Excel. Is there also a way to save all sheets from the SC spreadsheet to get these all into Excel at once?

I'd appreciate any help.

Maybe this can be done by ACSIL?
I would like to keep the spreadsheet, to be flexible about the data I want to export. But the exporting to Excel, can this be done by ACSIL?

If not possible with ACSIL any other ideas and help appreciated (e.g. Autohotkey ?)
