1. The consolidated order book which includes implied market depth data has been released with the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed on one of the servers for that feed and all servers for the Denali Exchange Data Feed. The delayed data feed already includes this. The remaining server for the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed will be done in the next couple of days.

2. To connect to either of these data feeds now requires version 1949 or higher. Prior versions will not be able to connect effective Monday after the close.

3. Effective no later than December 18, we are no longer offering the CME group of exchanges with the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed to new users. You will now need to use the Denali Exchange Data Feed. If you are using both of these data feeds, we will offer the Denali Exchange Data Feed for only 5 USD per month.

The reason for this change is to eliminate the confusion of offering the CME group of exchanges, with both data feeds because people sometimes activate both or do not know which one to use.

And maintaining CME group data with two different services is more work for us, and we also recently have a packet loss issue with the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed, with the CME group of exchanges, which is technically challenging to resolve for various reasons. We are doing our best with it, but it is best to move the Denali Exchange Data Feed which runs on a completely different network. As far as the reduced pricing for this for Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed users, we are going to be working on that in the next few days.

For some background information the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed has been out now for about six years and is provided in cooperation with Barchart and it uses the Barchart user authorization system which creates all kinds of complications and difficulties for us. The Denali Data Feed is 100% our own.

3. This is withdrawn because there are technical complications with this. And we have a plan to resolve the packet loss. And we are not seeing any today.

Hey Sierra, just to confirm post #2, you will be leaving the CME group of exchanges available on both feeds for new users? Thanks

hmm.. post number 2 says:

3. This is withdrawn because there are technical complications with this. And we have a plan to resolve the packet loss. And we are not seeing any today.

which sounds to me as it would've nothing to do with my question

but post number one says:

3. Effective no later than December 18, we are no longer offering the CME group of exchanges with the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed to new users. You will now need to use the Denali Exchange Data Feed. If you are using both of these data feeds, we will offer the Denali Exchange Data Feed for only 5 USD per month.

which to me sounds as i would need to pay $5 additionally and as denali does not offer eurex data, i have to use them both, no?

3. This has been withdrawn. There is nothing you need to be concerned with. We also have the packet loss issue significantly resolved. We will be doing further work on this as well. So you do not have to use the Denali data feed.
