This appears to be a new limitation. Is it true that Sierra now seeks such historical futures data via a source called *.ddfplus.com rather than through eg. the CTS feed? And could it be this source which has limitation on pre-2010 data, and also which is providing incorrect EOD data for root E6H14. Can users elect to go back to using their existing live data feed (e.g. CTS) for historical data also, when it provides more or better quality data than 'ddfplus'? Also, can users elect not to be using different 'symbol' and 'trade and current quote symbol' in historical daily charts, or is this mandatory now? |

What is wrong with the data for E6H14? In regards to the other questions, we will be working on this later today.
