Hello,

when I try to connect to bitcoin data service I always get the windows 10060 error. I temporarly disabled firewall and antivirus, but still get this error. I have package 2; internet connection works well.

I restarted the PC and also reinstalled Sierra Chart, but I still get the same error.

You may need to use port 443 because the other port is getting blocked on your network. We are working on adding support for that. We will update this thread in about an hour. We have a new version which will support that.

Update Sierra Chart by selecting Help >> Download Current Version.

After the update go to Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> SC Server Settings >> Port for SC Real-Time Server and set it to port 443.

Try connecting again with File >> Connect to Data Feed. If you still cannot connect, then post a copy of the Message Log, by following these steps:

This will be possible at some point. Not completely certain as to the time period . Most likely at least a couple of months away. We are looking to develop a quality solution to trade Bitcoins and not the substandard solution that the exchanges currently offer.
