The Sierra Chart Historical Data service only has support for Historical Daily data for those particular symbols.

If Interactive Brokers has Real-Time data available for that exchange, then you can use Sierra Chart with Interactive Brokers.

If they do have it, then refer to the specific link in the following page for that service:

This is now resolved.

Re-download all the data in the chart by going to the chart and selecting "Edit >> Delete All Data and Download". You just need to do this once per symbol and not for each chart.
