Problem to logging the sub instance

Hello, i'm trying to make the sub instance work in a different computer, but i'm doing something wrong.

i had attached 3 pictures. 1 is the server IP. The second is the server configurations. The third is the configuration i had set in the sub instance.

On the instance of Sierra Chart used as a server you need to enable the Require TLS option. And you also need to set the Allowed Incoming IPs to Any IP assuming the computers are on different subnets.

You also have to make sure there is clear communication available between the instances of Sierra Chart using the particular port that you want.

I made the changes you told me to. When i try to connect i get this message on the sub instance:
