I failed to pay for the Denali data feed in time. I have now made the payment but can't reactivate the feed.

We are still reviewing this, but because Transact is using an old legacy method for account access for their Sierra Chart users, there is an issue with a user using the Denali data feed or the Sierra Chart exchange data feed and having their account paid for through Transact.

We need you to opt out of Sierra Chart through your Transact account and start to pay for it after December.

For the time being we have activated Denali data feed on your Sierra Chart account. We will get back to later today to see if we can come up with another solution.
