Hi Support,
v2020 will not connect to TransAct, I see the following error message in the log:

"Price Websocket socket (2) | Encryption stream error encountered when processing received data. Failed to read incoming decrypted data from the incoming binary I/O stream. error:1408F10B:SSL routines:ssl3_get_record:wrong version number | 2019-12-02 03:14:31.404"

Message Log sent for analysis.

Edit:
Reverted to v2017, now connected successfully.

We see what the problem is. We added a new Price Feed Port Override setting requested by Transact but we can see that it has a value from a previous setting in some cases.

We are fixing this now and we are releasing a new revision. However, for now set Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Price Feed Port Override to 0.

Also the Message Log you gave above is not helpful because it does not show all of the lines. We determined the problem from a log given by Transact.

I did also submit a full message log using the "Send for Analysis" function, my assumption was that between that and the excerpt in the first post you would have sufficient information.

Anyway, thanks for looking at this so quickly, I will try what you suggest.

Edit: Followed your instructions, v2020 now connnected. Thanks again.
