Order Routing Not working tonight

Hi,

The order routing is not fulfilling orders tonight, not even sell markets.

Is there an issue ??

There is no problem on the Sierra Chart side. The issue must be specific to your trading account.

What is the exact problem? Your description is vague. Is an order getting rejected?

Yes

I place an order - eg to sell below last price traded and it just sits there and does not fill

PS I have disconnected and reconnected and makes no difference

What is the status of the order? You can see that on the order line and in Trade >> Trade Orders Window.

We also see that your data feed is expired and did not renew. You need to reactivate the data feed here:

You will also need to add credit to your account. Although this is not the problem. Although you could be looking at data which is misleading and putting an order at the wrong price.

You should have been getting System Notification messages and emails that there was an insufficient balance to renew the service. You will have gotten three emails.
