Can't launch 32 bit version

I'm trying to test a study that is in 32 bit. Every time I try to launch the 32 bit version, the 64 bit version is launched instead. The "Always launch 64-bit version" feature is NOT enabled.

How can I get the 32-bit version to run? I'm an Infinity Futures customer, is this something they are forcing somehow?

The 32-bit version of Sierra Chart is discontinued.

Oh... I didn't know that meant that it literally would not run anymore. I believe there is no 64-bit version of the Sierra Chart Back Tester. I will speak with the developer.

It is very easy for them to recompile the studies for 64-bit. It is nothing more than a simple recompile.

I don't think this will be the case since they are not just a study within Sierra Chart, this is an external program that interfaces with SC through a study. Still, I am asking them about it.

You're right .... If they have the source code yes, but very old libraries without author are lost ....

@Sierra Chart Engineering)
Can I post a question on this topic that is not entirely off topic?

Which procedure do you recommend for study collections. They do not work when stored for 32-bit on the 64-bit version (other library names - obviously I know).

Just I try to ask ... Even if you probably refuse, "Would it be possible to fix loading of studies collections with the extension StdyCollct" so that the collection works for both 32-bit and 64-bit? ..or What do you recommend? I know people who have hundreds of collections with many IDs (alot studies inside). It's a big problem in terms of time to rewrited all and set up again.
Many people therefore still use the 32-bit version. Just because of this.

this is an external program that interfaces with SC through a study.
Therefore, that part of the program would not be affected by Sierra Chart being 64-bit.

There definitely should not be a problem with this:

If there is attach the study collection file and the DLL and we will test. So we can certainly solve this but we are not aware there has been a problem.

Ok

Thank you for answer. I had personally old 32bit collections saved before version of v1918 which reported 3 months ago an "unknown function or procedure" when it was loaded in 64bit (I haven't tried again, my library subscribers around me also had this problem). Helped overwrite manually the library name as a temporary workaround..... But when you write it is fixed so I'll check it again.

Thank you
