BMF real-time data not being loaded

Hi there,
I am experiencing some issue with BMF real-time data.
I opened SC and connected do SC Data - All Services [data], but the real-time data is not being triggered for some reason.
Could you check what is happening?

After posting my request, I found out that another user had post the same request a couple of days ago. So, I followed the procedure in order to force login and send you my message log. Here follows the message log:

This is now resolved.

We are looking into why it continues to happen because Barchart said they did resolve this.

Yes this is resolved and we have asked Barchart to provide a statement in regards to this issue. The is strictly a Barchart data feed issue. This is not a problem with our own systems.
