Hello As per your documentation: "There may be a limit to the maximum number of historical Intraday days of data available from the Data or Trading service you are using. If you use a setting that is over the limit, only the maximum number of historical Intraday days of data supported by the server will be downloaded." Q. Would you pls tell me what the max # of historical intraday limit is for our account? Thank you, Grant ------------------------------------- ORIGINAL ISSUE: When I try to view a chart in the 1M,5M,10M,30M,1H bar views, the historical intraday data only goes back to 2019-07-22. I have tried to change the Date Range in Chart Settings, although that value will not change and it keeps showing a date of 2019-07-22. Also setting Days to Load to 250 or 500 or 1000 or 2000 does not help either. |
