Hello,
For few weeks now noticing some scaling problem (through several updates) - if anybody can replicate this:
On the detached charts when SCALE RANGE IS AUTOMATIC/ INTERACTIVE (right click on price to change if needed), when GLOBAL SETTINGS/ GENERAL 2 / AUTO HIDE CHART TITLE BARS AND SCROLLBARS is checked.
On the first chart double click price to auto center/ re-adjust - now click on different chart so the active chart changes, now click again in the first chart and notice how price candles hide under the top title bar so you need to center them by double clicking the price otherwise they stay hidden even if you take focus away to different chart and title bar disappears.
I want to know if it's just on my side?
UPDATE: I have two machines with SC - I cant duplicate it on the old computer running 1061. I also just tried to click multiple times between in the chart and on the desktop and my chart went up every time a bit until disappeared from screen....It's so painful because it's my new install. I even tried brand new clean chart ESH4 daily = same thing...even non detached charts
Thanks

We recommend disabling Auto Hide Chart Title Bars and Scrollbars.

This kind of sounds like it could be a problem at the operating system level and therefore we do not have any control over the issue.

My old copy with same settings INTERACTIVE SCALE RANGE and SCALE RANGE: AUTOMATIC having slightly different options - in the old copy by grabbing the chart I can move it back and forth in time but not up and down but in my new copy I can move also up and down - and I think I had setting for that but I searched all places and I can't find it - could you help me with that? That would resolve the problem probably.
It also works ok if set INTERACTIVE SCALE LOCKED.
Thanks
UPDATE: I JUST RESET ALL CHARTS TO INTERACTIVE SCALE LOCKED so it is ok for now.
