new user - data feed activation issue

New user of Sierra Chart and logging into the SC software and account web page fine, but in my SC Account Control Panel >> Activate Services web page, I have a "ToDo Activate Denali Feed..." required step. When I click the link, the Denali Data Feed page showing the available exchanges shows '!' under trading account required... no 'activate' button. My Account Control Panel >> Trading Accounts page on SC does correctly list my new trading account thru AMP though. What do I need to do to get the activate buttons to show?
