clear Current Ask/Bid Volume on new position

hello, could you please look into -Clear Current Ask/Bid volume on a new position- it does not seem to consistently work, sometimes it works on replay and it most definitely not work on live or sim. And, could it be possible to have the same feature added to clear Current Ask/Bid Volume after clear position as well?
