Micro E-Mini (MES) open positions/orders entered in IB web trader are not showing in SC

Hello Engineers,
The issue is summarized in the subject of the support request.
I currently have an open position in MES with a bracked limit take profit order and a stop order.
I entered the postion with the IB Web Trader.

Now that I logged into the SC live platform in the chart the stop and the limit take profit are not showing up... It shows only a green line for the long fill. Hence I cannot edit the stop and the take profit from the chart and this is a big issue.
Of course I have the flags "Chart Trade Mode On" and "Show Orders And Positions" enabled so I am not understanding why this is happening... I attach the screenshot of the chart configuration.

Thanks for the suggestion, unfortunately I already had the InstanceClientID parameter set as zero. So the root cause for the issue was not this one. Let me repeat the issue. I entered a buy order in IB Web Trader and I got filled. Then at that point I had an open long position with a bracket sell stop order and a sell limit profit taking order. I came back home and I opened SC platform, and in the chart I couldn't see the stop sell order and the limit sell order, so I was not able to modify them. Both the flags "Chart Trade Mode On" and "Show Orders And Positions" are enabled so I can't understand why this happened. Any idea?

The only other possibility therefore is the symbol for those orders in the Trade Orders list window does not match the symbol of the chart. Check this.

Thanks for the reply... Unfortunately I think that it is also not this one the root cause for the issue. The issue happened on Wednesday 13th November, I attach the Trade Activity Log where it can be seen that the symbol of the chart is matching the symbol of the log. No idea at this point about what happened. Let's see if the issue is happening again in the future.

You need to look at the symbols in Trade >>Trade Orders Window. Could you provide a screenshot of that.

All good for the moment. I don't really now what happened but now it is working fine. This morning I entered again an order in IB Web Trader. I disconnected from IB and I logged on SC. I now can see the orders in SC as it can be seen in the picture. The only difference with the past week is that now the buy limit order is still not filled... Anyway if the issue will happen again I will come back to you. Thanks for the support.
