We will look into this and get back to you. The only thing we saw happened though was the Denali exchange data feed service ending date was extended until the end of November. This happened 2019-11-07 00:00:26 UTC. We will issue a credit.

A credit has been issued. The feed was not extended at the start of the month as your Services Balance was not sufficient, but it was not disabled. Today your Services Balance was sufficient to renew the feed at the prorated rate for the month, which triggered the charge. Note that we have deactivated the feed and issued a credit.
