What is the symbol of the chart? This is not making sense to us.

Sorry for any confusion.
I am connected by CQG WAPI.
Please click on File, Find Symbol, CFD, USEquities.
Whenever I try to point & click to create my trendline on any timeframe,
it refuses to align properly.

We see no obvious problems with a basic test. Can you post an image of the chart following these instructions here:

When you indicate that there is a problem with alignment of the Line, are you referring to the horizontal scale or vertical scale?

With the horizontal line, I tried to connect the high bar at 15:09 to the high bar at 15:12
But the horizontal line jumped a quarter of an inch below (or it would jump a quarter of an inch above).
With the vertical line, I tried to connect from the low bar at 15:18
But the vertical line jumped a quarter of an inch below (or it would jump a quarter of an inch above).
The issue occurs with any timeframe (ticks, seconds, or minutes).
With any other symbol, I'm able to connect the consecutive high or low bars with no issue.

You need to reduce the Tick Size to a smaller value for that chart:
Chart Settings: Tick Size (Chart >> Chart Settings >> Symbol >> Symbol Settings menu)
