There is an issue with the Scroll Bar positioning when switching between Chartbooks in the current versions of the software.

When you switch from one Chartbook to another the Scroll Bar on all charts will move all the way to the left edge instead of staying on the right edge.

This gives the perception that your viewing the beginning point of a chart.
When the charts are in this position & using the Scroll All Charts To End command prompt, the Scroll Tab will remain on the left edge.

Another problem when in this state is if the chart fill space is not locked & then use the Right Scroll Tab, it will advance the chart as if the Scroll Bar was already positioned on the Right edge.

As an example I have a Chartbook showing the Monthly, Weekly, & Daily charts of the S&P 500 , Pivot Points is the study used.

If I switch from this Chartbook to another then return to it & don’t have the fill space locked on any of these charts then use the Right Scroll Tab it will display the future & not the current Pivot Point values.

Yes we do see this when the chart windows are set to be destroyed when hidden.

We will fix this now. It is the result of a performance improvement made with the scrollbar recently. The solution is simple.

I have a related issue with the Scroll Position of charts:
I have many charts and therefore do not always notice if a chart is Inadvertently Scrolled back a little and is no longer showing the Current Time position.
To avoid the problem I push the Ctrl+End buttons sometimes, which makes sure that all my charts are Scrolled to the End Position, but this is tedious and unreliable.

Question: Is there a Setting in Sierra that "Resets" the Chart(s) to their End Position from time to time?

Thank you.

No.

The problem described in the first post is resolved in version 2009.

Hello Support,

... problem described in the first post is resolved in version 2009. ...

My current version is 2150 [I've just updated Sierra as recommended], but it's happening exactly the same way as described in this post.

Is there any workaround, or it's some my mistake?

PS while you're looking into this, I'll double check it it happens on another PC

NOTE: everything on SC64 was working just fine, the problem started today, very annoying, I have to press [Ctrl] [End] every time when switching between Tabs in the Chartbook.
