Hello:

I received a pop up message saying my "sierra chart exchange data feed has been cancelled due to insufficient balance...i made a payment of $50 and am sill not receiving data. Please help check and return data feed to my account. Thank you.

It looks like you have two accounts with Sierra Chart, the one that you have posted this message from and to which you posted the $50 and another that was provided by AMP.

The AMP account is the one from which the message originated, as that account does not have enough of a balance for the data feed that was active on it.

Please post a message in the Account Support Tickets if you want us to move the money between the accounts or help you setup the data feed differently. Here is the link to the Account Support Tickets system:
