Market data from source SC instance, but trades routed through different broker in dest.

I am using brokerage account A running on source instance SC1. I am using brokerage account B running on destination instance SC2. In SC2, I would like to use market data from brokerage account A, but route orders through brokerage account B. I thought it was possible from this page, but perhaps I've misunderstood.
