Market Depth not working

Hi,
I'm currently working on a trial version (1997) of Sierra.

The Market Depth Historical Graph study as well as the Bid&Ask Depth Bars are not displaying.

I've enabled record market depth in symbol settings, reconnected but to no avail.

I haven't paid for a data feed though. Could this be the problem?

You do not have a data feed at this time which is providing market depth data. This is something we plan to be releasing in the next couple of weeks for the CME group of exchanges. Please check back then with us and we can extend your trial.

I have an issue with Market Depth not displaying on Charts. It does show on the Sierra DOM and Market Depth window, just not on the charts. I also have an issue with the Number Bars not displaying. It was all working until 2 days ago. I have tried installing an older version after which it prompted me to reinstall the latest version with no change.

Sierra Version 1997
Broker is Transact

You need to be using the Advanced Sierra Chart service package 5. Contact Transact about changing to that service package.
