Trade Locked Controlbar button Tooltip always displays "Trade Locked" regardless of status (enabled or disabled).

That is not considered a bug. This is the name of the button. And it can be enabled or disabled. There is not going to be any changes with this.

ok, I was confused because "Trading Locked" sounded like a status, compared to something like, say, "Lock Trading"

It is the same name that you see on the Trade menu. And that command can have a check mark by it indicating it is enabled. So this is why it is labeled the way it is.

ok, I understand now - tooltip text is auto-generated from the menu items.

btw. there is another "bug" ... in duplicate all charts to chartbook... if you choose it and no chart is in focus, it does nothing - even though the menu item is enabled. If you first select a chart then it will display the selection dialog to choose a chartbook.
