Support needed for Lost Chart Book

Hello Support,

Last Friday after reactivating with credit, my old chart book was updating historical data.

As there is many of them and late, I shut Sierra down and plan to continue on Monday
Today there is only the example chartbook, the rest of about 10 of my previous chartbook CANNOT be found.

Please advise how can I recover them.
