Hi,
Send me your "Account name" again via direct message or email. I've registered over 20 new people over the past few days, I've been entering multiple account names and it's possible that it's my fault.

The Account Name can be found under Help >> About within Sierra Chart.

I am sending this message(by email) after adding it to the Authorized Persons list. The message is ALWAYS copied directly from the Sierra website immediately after approval of the new name. For you, it's a confirmation that from my side everything is fine.

Added new Account Name: ACXXXXXX
If the user is currently running Sierra Chart, they will need to restart Sierra Chart in order to gain access to the studies you have authorized them for.
